Fee Options

1) ONE SHOW – $3000 guarantee.
2) TWO SHOWS – $5000 guarantee.
3) THREE OR MORE SHOWS – $2000 additional guarantee per show.

* For all the above fee options the sponsor determines price of admission, handles ticket sales, and keeps all proceeds.
* ITT’s big-top tent has a seating capacity of approximately 325.

Misc. Info

All guarantees must be paid at least two months in advance. If a sponsor cancels a show at least one month ahead of their scheduled performance date the guarantee is fully refunded, otherwise the guarantee is fully forfeited. If for any reason ITTP cancels a performance the entire guarantee is returned to the sponsoring agent, except in cases when cancelation is caused by sponsor negligence.

All sponsors are given full acknowledgement in all publicity materials and show programs.

ITT suggests a maximum ticket price of $10 in order to keep the admission cost accessible to rural populations. Many host towns seek business donations or grant funding in order to set the ticket price lower or give the show to their communities for free.
