Tent Site
• ITT’s big top tent requires a 100' x 75' ground area for setup - very level, clean of debris, and clear of main road noise and traffic
• Permission to drive 4' stakes into ground around tent perimeter
• Underground cables, gas and water lines near tent area clearly marked (if needed)
• Access to electrical power outlets for lighting and sound equipment
• Public parking area near tent site large enough to accommodate audience vehicles
• Additional grounds nearby for 10-12 sleeping tents and parking of 3-4 tour vehicles

Facilities
• Public restrooms nearby tent site or portable toilets
• Drinking water available near tent site
• Showers accessible to approximately 12-15 company artists

Sponsor Equipment
• 350 folding chairs (ITT can supply truck for transport if needed)
• One ticket table

Volunteer Help
• Four ushers to help with seating the audience
• Two volunteers to assist with ticket sales
• Volunteers to put up ITT posters
• Volunteers to help set and strike folding chairs

Show Advertising
• Sponsors are responsible for all local advertisement. ITT supplies press packet, photos, posters and help with local ad strategies. There is no charge to sponsor for posters or other supplied materials. ITT prints their own show programs and inserts that list all local sponsorships and special community acknowledgements

Optional Concession Stand
• Concession sales are optional. All concessions are managed by sponsors; sponsor keeps all proceeds from sales.
